Psychological issues : psycho-somatic systems, panic attacks, anxiety and depression, self esteem concerns. Behavioural issues: addictions, eating disorders, OCD, phobias. Existential issues: Loss, separation anxiety, meaning and purpose. Relationship issues: sexuality, conflict resolution, divorce. Trauma: sexual abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, attachment disorders, psychological distress.

Trauma & PTSD


Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. 

Claire specialises in working with panic attacks, hyper arousal and an over stimulated nervous system.




Mindfulness is a helpful tool in noticing thought patterns and how to become more self aware. 

Mindfulness is incorporated into therapy using meditation, bodywork and mindful practice.
