I work using CBT, Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory Sensorimotor bodywork, and EMDR to relieve anxiety, depression, stress and trauma.
I draw upon an integrative toolbox to provide individual tools for each client.
I have trained with the methods used by Janina Fisher, Babette Rothschild, Peter Levine, Stephen Porges and Bessel van der Kolke and recently trained with Alexandra Richman in Parts 1,2 3 for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. This training is approved by EMDR International Association and by EMDR Europe.
